How do I use HEARTH?
Charge it first through the USB-C port. Place it over your knee, adjust the hook and loop strap until it sits snug, then press the power button and choose your warmth and vibration levels on the touch panel. The built in 10 minute timer ends the session on its own. Use it while you are awake and seated.
What settings does it have?
HEARTH has 4 warmth levels and 4 vibration levels, with vibration and tapping, all set from the touch panel on top of the device. Start on a low level and move up until it feels right for you.
Can I use it on both knees?
One HEARTH is for one knee at a time. If you want one for each knee, choose the two device offer. You can pick two of the same color or one White and one Black.
Will it fit my knee?
The hook and loop strap adjusts, so you set how snug it sits. The strap only holds HEARTH in place. If it does not feel right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund, and return shipping is free.
How does charging work, and how long does a charge last?
HEARTH charges through a USB-C port, and a USB-C data cable comes in the box. Charge it about 2 to 3 hours before first use. The manufacturer rates it at 5 to 8 uses on one full charge, and real battery life depends on the settings you use.
What is in the box, and do White and Black differ?
You get the HEARTH knee massager with its adjustable strap, a USB-C data cable and a user manual. White and Black have the same features and the same box contents, so choose the one you like the look of.
